What is a GRA certificate?
GRA stands for Gemological Research Association. It is an independent gemological laboratory that analyzes and certifies gemstones. A GRA certificate is an official document that confirms and records the quality of a gemstone — in this case, moissanite.
What information does the certificate contain?
A GRA certificate will at minimum list the following information:
- Stone type: confirmation that it is genuine moissanite
- Weight (carat): the size of the stone
- Colour grade: at Titanix, always D-F colourless, the highest category
- Clarity grade: VVS (Very Very Slightly Included) — virtually flawless
